Breathe and Be Still. An afternoon to relax and return to your centre with an intimate group of like-minded souls. Learn how to manage your anxiety and stress levels on a daily basis using a variety of methods.
The afternoon will start with a guided meditation to settle you in to the space, after which I will be teaching you various coping methods which you will be able to continue to use at home, including pranayama, tapping, heart coherence and meditation techniques. There will also be a gentle, slow yoga practice to allow you to absorb what you have learnt, before we close with yoga nidra (yogic sleep), to leave you feeling grounded, rested and calm.
I will also be using crystals, essential oils and reiki throughout the afternoon. Please wear comfortable clothing, suitable for yoga. All mats and props are provided but feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer.
Beginners welcome. Please bring a notebook and pen.
