Our ‘Keep It Simple’ Retreat Day is a great way to step away from it all. It is a chance to spend self-directed time here with us at the beautiful Well House Yoga Space.
Our day program encourages you to soak up the sounds, smells and visually appealing landscape while letting go and connecting to your soul.
This is the perfect place and space to explore a therapeutic yoga practice, mindfulness and meditation with us, leaving you with an inner sense of calm and quietness from within.
The day will begin with a ‘check in’ circle to ease us into the day, before moving into a gentle yoga flow, connecting mind, body and soul. We will complete the morning practice with a Mantra meditation and your own personal journaling experience.
Enjoy a veggie/vegan lunch in the zen gardens and spend some time exploring the beautiful surrounding views of the countryside, with an invitation to take a mindfulness group walk to soak up nature within the present moment.
In the afternoon rest back into a restorative yoga flow to soften and release into the body leaving you with a deep feeling of serenity. Our retreat day will end with a sensory relaxation to cultivate a blissful presence, before we check out and say goodbye.
