Iyengar Yoga Day for Teachers and committed students.

Kirsten is a senior Iyengar Yoga teacher with 25 years teaching experience. She has studied at RIMYI on over twenty visits, most recently in March 2020. She is an experienced teacher trainer, mentor and moderator for IY(UK) and co-founded and directed Bath Iyengar Yoga Centre for 21 years before moving to North Yorkshire. The day is aimed at Iyengar teachers and committed practitioners. Both asana and pranayama will be explored.
