Firstaider Training provides high quality, independent and professional First Aid training to large and small organisations, both locally and nationally. They have been involved in teaching First Aid for over 15 years and provide the same courses that the Voluntary Aid Societies (St John Ambulance, Red Cross, etc) provide.

This is the new HSE approved qualification that came into effect on 1 October 2009, and is the training course that is recommended for all BWY Yoga teachers.

The day will consist of theoretical and practical activities.

Assessment is ongoing by the instructor, and a 3 year qualification will be issued to those who meet the criteria.
