If you'd like to escape the busyness of life, come and join us at our nurturing autumn wellbeing day retreat where you can take time out for yourself and relax. Day retreats are a lovely way of meeting likeminded people.
This relaxing day includes Dru yoga, meditation, breath work and relaxation. A delicious homemade vegetarian lunch, drinks and cakes are provided.
In the afternoon we will cosy up warm, while Judith leads us through a lovely meditation and 'writing for wellbeing' around the theme of letting go.
