On International Women’s Day, we gather to rest, restore, and remember our wholeness.
This one-day retreat offers space to honour the many ways we move through the world as women — through rest, reflection, and community.
Together we’ll share a day that celebrates softness as strength and rest as resistance. Expect a spacious, nurturing environment to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

• Restorative Yoga — slow, prop-supported rest to soothe the nervous system.
• Gentle Movement & Breathwork — releasing tension and softening into presence.
• Sound Bath — deep rest and repair for your whole system.

• Opening & Closing Circles — reflection, connection, and grounding
Who It’s For
This retreat is for all women (cis and trans).
If the daily effects of capitalism and patriarchy have you feeling tired, tense, or absolutely furious, this is your day off.
No flexibility, yoga experience, or spiritual enlightenment required — just the desire to lie down for a bit.
