3.00 - 3.30pm Arrival with herbal teas or coffee and homemade biscuits
3.30 - 5.00pm Yoga Flow
5.00 - 5.30pm Guided Meditation with Handpan accompaniment.
5.30 - 6.00pm Break; Tea, coffee & cake; Garden walk (weather permitting)

Yoga
Moving with the breath, we start with a rejuvenating warm up to loosen muscles and joints and calm the mind, then we'll flow into some asana (poses) to strengthen and stretch out the whole body. You'll be guided through some simple balances to help you focus, along with a little core strengthening to improve your posture.
We’ll finish with a Savasana to ensure you fully relax and find some stillness of mind.
Guided Meditation with Handpan Accompaniment
Guided meditation is one of the easiest ways to enter into a state of deep relaxation and inner stillness, and it’s one of the most powerful ways to eliminate stress and bring about positive personal changes.
A Handpan is a rare and distinctive instrument that creates many layers of ethereal sound. It’s a little like a steel drum, but is gently played with the hands and produces harmonies that are simply beautiful and engaging to listen to.
The guided meditation will focus on a positive affirmation whilst the Handpan will help you to relax and reinforce the overall experience.
Sound Bath
In the luxurious comfort of the meditation room at Well House Yoga Space, you will be invited to make yourself comfortable with blankets and pillows and then listen to various sounds with your eyes closed. The entrancing tones produced on Himalayan & Crystal Singing Bowls, a wind Gong and a variety of percussion instruments will gently settle you into a deep, restorative, relaxation. It is a truly immersive experience.
Every sound bath is different, and people experience them in various ways. I design the Sound Baths to invoke relaxation, self-discovery, and inner exploration. I play the instruments in a way to help you relax your mind, your body, and nervous system.
Our Homemade Food
After your Sound Bath experience, we will serve you a delicious classic Turkish dish Imam Bayildi. In this dish roasted aubergines are stuffed with a plant-based filling containing onions, tomatoes, a few herbs and basic spices. This is a delicious and healthy power-packed vegetarian meal.
We will serve our Imam Bayildi with Turkish rice pilaf with orzo. Pilaf is a flavourful rice dish, also know as a pilau. It is rice (usually white), cooked in broth, over low heat. Different flavours can be added, and the finished rice is tender, fluffy, and packed with flavour. Turkish Pilau includes orzo, which is a small pasta shaped like a large grain of rice. When this is toasted in butter, it adds a wonderful nuttiness to the pilaf. Rice pilaf is fibrous and filled with B vitamins.
Fresh pineapple, mint and yogurt tastes incredible. We have chosen to end our meal together with fresh pineapple as it is loaded with nutrients and antioxidants boosting immunity, this dish will aid digestion and speeds recovery after exercise.
Our meal will be served with a choice of herbal teas and fruit infused iced water.
