The start of a new year often prompts us to make positive changes in our lives. It’s the ideal time to pause after the busy festive season, nourish our body and mind, and to look ahead to the coming year.
Join us as we retreat to the beautiful Yorkshire countryside for a day of yoga, mindfulness, delicious food and relaxation – pure nourishment for mind, body and soul.
During this day retreat we will enjoy:
Two yoga classes to both energise, rebalance and nourish the body;
Guided meditation practices to settle the mind;
Breath work to cleanse the body, relax the nervous system and release tension;
Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, to promote deep rest and relaxation;
A delicious, hearty and locally sourced vegetarian lunch;
Quiet time to set intentions for the months ahead, journal or to simply rest under a blanket.
The cost for the day retreat is £165 and numbers are limited to ensure we maintain an intimate and peaceful space.
The yoga classes will be suitable for all levels and abilities, including complete beginner or pregnant mum, and are aimed at restoring balance in your body, helping you to build strength and stamina while also enjoying a nourishing experience.
