Winter Wellness Day Retreat: Clare Holmes

Join us at this cold, dark time of year for a day of nourishment, nurturing and complete relaxation.

 In the beautiful Well House Yoga Space we will explore the benefits of yoga, meditation, massage and relaxation.  We will allow ourselves to simply rest and just be, leaving us all blissed out and ready to face the weeks and months ahead.

 I’m delighted to have Laura of 'La Petite Massage' joining us on the day to offer the added bonus of amazingly relaxing massages!

 The day will begin with meditation to ease us into the day, followed by gentle flowing yoga to uplift and energise. We’ll complete the morning with a blissful relaxation.

 Enjoy lunch at your leisure and free time to explore the beautiful surrounding countryside, cosy up with a book or journal, spend time in the zen gardens or book a massage with Laura (additional charge).

 In the afternoon we’ll settle for restorative yoga to allow the body to soften and release and bring a deep calmness to the mind. The day will end with yoga nidra to leave you completely relaxed and restored before we say our goodbyes.
