December can be a busy, hectic month for many. We are busy ensuring gifts are bought, we have everything wrapped, cards are written and delivered, the house is looking festive, food is prepared, school plays are attended, social invites are accepted....the list goes on!
When do we get time to think about ourselves???
As the saying goes ‘Self care isn’t selfish, it’s necessary’ so come along and enjoy this day of rest, rejuvenation and relaxation. Focus on giving yourself the gift of kindness and self care to leave you refreshed and ready to take a deep breath and face the festive season stress free!!
There will be yoga flows, relaxations, yin yoga, yoga nidra, time to connect with nature (if the weather is kind to us) and social time. In the spirit of kindness we will enjoy a vegetarian bring and share lunch, and refreshments and treats will be provided throughout the day, along with a goodie bag to take away.
