Cacao Ceremony & Soundbath...
In our Ceremony, we will be enhancing the rising energy of Spring with an Introduction Circle, Journalling session, Intention setting, Pranayama Practice (breathing practice) & Earthing Relaxation.
I will prepare the warm (vegan) Cacao to drink in the traditional way using ethically sourced ceremonial grade Cacao infused with fresh rose petals & warming spices.
Afterwards you will be invited to lie down and enter into a Deep Relaxation & Soundbath.
We will finish with Circle & an opportunity for sharing.
